Do something that scares you everyday... — I’ve been trying to go deeper in my press-up and started practicing on a ledge with a mat in front of me. I kept falling forward. — I think my subconscious realized that I had the safety mat and didn’t allow me to push all the way. — So I pulled the mat, faced my fears of a face plant, and I finally got it. — Sometimes you just have to pull out your metaphorical mat to realize your true potential - it could be a relationship, a job, and idea that you are holding onto. Dare to let it go and see what happens.
